In this policy, "Injector Academy," "we," "us" and "our" mean Injector Academy and GOLD COAST AESTHETICS.
This policy covers our public website (www.injectoracademytraining.com), our applicant and student portal (my.injectoracademytraining.com), and the emails and text messages we send.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: your name, email address and phone number.
- Professional details: your professional license type (for example RN, NP or PA) and license number.

- Class records: the classes you apply for, enroll in and attend, and related training records.
- Payment records: what you paid, when, and for which class. Card payments are processed by Stripe; your card number goes to Stripe and never touches our servers.

Information collected automatically
- When you visit our public website, Google tags collect information such as the pages you view, how you arrived (for example from an ad), your browser and device type, and your approximate location. Our pages also load a booking widget script from Boulevard. See "Cookies and analytics" below.
- Our website and portal keep standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the service running and secure.
3. How we use it
- To review your application and confirm that your license qualifies you for the training you chose.
- To schedule and hold your interview, and to run your classes, including virtual sessions.
- To send interview and class reminders, schedule changes, and enrollment and payment notices.
- To take payments and keep accurate financial records.
- To answer your questions and messages.
- To keep records of the training you completed.
- To send news about upcoming classes and offers, but only if you agreed to receive them.
- To understand how people find our website and to measure our advertising.
- To protect the security of our website and portal, and to meet our legal obligations.
4. Text messages
If you agree to receive texts, we send them from (949) 998-3334 under the program name "Injector Academy." You agree by checking an optional box on the interview booking page or the class sign-up page in our portal. The boxes are never checked for you, and there is a separate box for marketing messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time. The full details are in our Text Messaging Terms and in the SMS Terms section of our Terms & Conditions.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
5. Email
We email you about your application, interview, classes and payments. These messages are part of our service, and you will receive them while you have an open application or enrollment with us.
If you agreed to receive marketing email, we also send news about upcoming classes and offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time without affecting the service messages above. Our email is sent through Amazon Web Services.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you pay by card, you enter your card details into a payment form provided by Stripe, and they go directly to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of each payment, such as the amount, the date, the class it was for, and whether it went through. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the information you give Stripe.
If you apply for financing with a financing company we link to, you apply with that company directly, and its privacy policy applies to that application.
7. Cookies and analytics
Our public website uses Google tags (Google Analytics and Google Ads, loaded through Google Tag Manager). These tags use cookies and similar technologies to tell us how many people visit, which pages they view, and whether our ads lead people to apply. Google receives this information and handles it under its own policies; you can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Our public website pages also load a booking widget script from Boulevard, a booking software provider. When your browser loads it, Boulevard receives standard technical information such as your IP address, your browser type and the page you are on, and handles it under its own privacy policy.
Our portal uses cookies that keep you signed in and keep your account secure. They are not used for advertising.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also manage how Google uses ad information at myadcenter.google.com, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking cookies may stop parts of the portal, such as signing in, from working.
8. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the academy, and only the information they need to do their job:
- Amazon Web Services: hosting our website and portal, storing data, and sending email.
- Twilio: sending and receiving text messages.
- Stripe: processing payments.
- Zoom: running virtual classes.
- Google: website analytics and advertising measurement on our public website.
- Boulevard: the booking widget script on our public website.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our students, staff or others, or to a new owner if the academy is sold or reorganized. We do not share your personal information with other companies for their own marketing.
9. How long we keep it
- Application and interview records: while your application is open, and for a reasonable time afterward in case you apply again.
- Student, class and training records: for as long as we need them to confirm the training you completed, and as long as the law requires.
- Payment records: for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
- Text message consent and opt-out records: for as long as we need them to respect your choice and to show that you gave consent.
When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
10. Your choices and rights
- Stop texts at any time by replying STOP.
- Stop marketing email at any time with the unsubscribe link in the email.
- Ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us (see section 14).
California residents. California law gives you the right to:
- know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and get a copy of it;
- ask us to delete personal information we collected from you;
- ask us to correct personal information that is wrong;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell your personal information. To limit how Google uses information from our website for advertising, use the choices in section 7, or contact us (see section 14);
- not be treated differently for using any of these rights.
To make a request, call or text us at (949) 998-3334. We will confirm your identity by matching details we already have on file before we act on a request. You can also have someone you authorize make a request for you; we may ask for proof that you gave them permission. We will respond within the time California law allows, normally 45 days.
Some information we may need to keep even after a deletion request, for example payment records that tax rules require us to keep. If so, we will tell you.
11. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Connections to our website and portal are encrypted (HTTPS), access to applicant and student records is limited to the staff who need it, and card details are handled by Stripe rather than by us. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be accessed without permission. If a security problem affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.
12. Children
Our programs are for licensed healthcare professionals. Our website and portal are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will also tell you by email or with a notice on our website before it takes effect.
